Exchanges:
We understand that with online shopping it is a challenge to pick the perfect size and for that reason being, we offer free exchanges if you contact us within 5 Days of receiving your order. Exchanges for sizes can be made only if the item is unworn, unused, with tags in tact and only if the size you would like to exchange for is in stock. We will not accept any returns or exchanges reported after 5 days from receiving your order.

If you have received an item that appears to be damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@shopevermore.co within 48 HOURS of receiving your package to provide us with further information. If you are unhappy with your order, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. To be approved for a return, items must be unworn, unused and with tags in tact. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping cost for returns are to be paid by the customer to be mailed back to our facility. All approved returns will be issued as store credit ONLY. We will not accept any returns or exchanges reported after 48 hours from receiving your order.
Shipping:
We ship orders within 24 hours. Once your order leaves our premises it is a liability of the USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not provide a refund or store credit for lost or stolen packages. If a wrong shipping address was input incorrectly at checkout, please contact us at info@shopevermore.co as soon as possible and we will correct it ONLY if your package has not yet been received by the post office. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package.
